- PERFORMANCE-BASED
- PAY PER QUALIFIED MEETING
- SHARED RISK
A fixed price per qualified meeting. Charged in full only when it happens.
Curral sets a fixed fee per qualified B2B meeting before your campaign starts. We only earn that fee in full when the meeting meets your agreed criteria and the prospect actually turns up. Everything else is our risk, not yours.
Do the maths on your last campaign
Here's a typical week on Google Ads:
| Spend | £3,000 |
|---|---|
| Meetings booked | 5 |
| Meetings that showed and were qualified | 1 |
| Real cost per qualified meeting | £3,000 |
That one meeting was solid. Not perfect, but solid. You still paid £3,000 for it — and you paid for the four that never showed, too. You carried 100% of the risk.
Every channel looks cheap until you divide the spend by the meetings that actually happened with the right person.
What you're really paying for, channel by channel
| Channel | You pay for | Who carries the risk | Your real cost per qualified meeting |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | Clicks | You | Spend ÷ qualified meetings held |
| LinkedIn Ads | Impressions and clicks | You | Spend ÷ qualified meetings held |
| In-house SDR | Salary, tools, management, recruitment, leave — whether they deliver or not | You | Fully loaded cost ÷ qualified meetings held |
| Retainer agency | Hours and headcount | You | Retainer ÷ qualified meetings held |
| Pay-per-booking agency | Meetings booked, shown or not | Mostly you | Fees ÷ qualified meetings held |
| Curral | Qualified meetings that happen | Us | The fixed fee you agreed up front |
Run your own numbers through the last column for every channel. That's the only cost-per-meeting figure that matters.
Not all "pay per appointment" is the same
There are three versions of pay-per-appointment, and most agencies sell the loosest one:
Pay per meeting scheduled. The agency is paid when a meeting lands in your calendar. No-shows still count.
Pay per meeting held. The prospect has to turn up — but they don't have to be a buyer.
Pay per qualified meeting held. The prospect turns up and meets the criteria you set. It's the strictest model there is.
Curral only works on the third.
How it works
- 01We agree the criteria and the price before we start
Budget, authority, need and timing — your definition of a real opportunity — plus a fixed fee per meeting. No surprises later.
- 02We guarantee a minimum
A guaranteed minimum number of qualified meetings, written into your contract.
- 03The meeting happens, it qualifies, we earn the full fee
If a prospect doesn't show, or doesn't meet the criteria we agreed, we don't charge the full fee for that meeting.
Why we can afford to take the risk
No agency guarantees outcomes unless it's confident in how it delivers. Ours comes from:
Ten years doing nothing but outbound.
In-office SDRs in Dubai, London and Miami — not a remote offshore pool.
Pay that matches yours. Our SDRs earn £75,000+ OTE by delivering meetings that qualify and show up. Their incentive is your incentive.
Phone-led outreach. Live conversations qualify far better than form fills and auto-replies.
Psychometric hiring and an in-house training academy. We build SDRs who hold the standard.
"Isn't a fixed fee per meeting more expensive?"
Per meeting booked, it can look that way. Per qualified meeting that happened, it rarely is.
One B2B data provider's 2026 guide puts typical pay-per-appointment agency pricing at $300–$600 a meeting, with no quality guarantee — and points out that when you pay per booking, the agency's incentive is simply to book. Compare like with like: your real cost per qualified meeting held, from the table above, against our fixed fee.
Who this is for — and who it isn't
It's for you if you sell B2B, you know your ideal customer, and a single qualified meeting is worth more to you than the fee.
It isn't for you if you can't yet define who you sell to, or your team can't take meetings promptly. We'll tell you that on the first call.
