FAQ

QUESTIONS. ANSWERED.

Everything you need to know about working with Curral.

About our model

How is Curral different from other SDR agencies?

Most agencies sell you activity — SDR hours, call volume, sequences sent. We sell you outcomes. Every campaign comes with a guaranteed minimum number of qualified appointments, backed by our own commercial risk. If we don't hit it, that's our problem, not yours.

What happens if you don't hit the guaranteed minimum?

Curral's B2B appointment-setting fees are linked to performance. If we fall short of the agreed appointment guarantee, you will either pay less or we will continue working until we deliver the agreed result.

What industries and regions do you cover?

EMEA, North America and APAC, run from our Dubai, London and Miami offices. We're built for mid-market to enterprise organisations — tech, SaaS, professional services, AI and digital transformation are our core sectors.

What's the minimum contract length?

Curral's initial sales development engagements last three months and renew quarterly. For 12-month contracts, we offer monthly termination flexibility based on performance.

Working together

How long does it take to get started?

From proposal review to live outbound, most campaigns are up and running within two weeks of signed scope.

What's included in the setup fee?

Data enrichment and ICP build, messaging and sequence design, SDR briefing and training on your product, and CRM and reporting integration. It's a one-off cost — see the full breakdown on our Pricing page.

How do you qualify a lead before booking it as an appointment?

Every appointment is BANT-qualified — Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline — against criteria agreed with your team before the campaign launches. No unqualified meetings reach your calendar.

Can we pause or adjust a campaign mid-flight?

Curral can work with you to refine the campaign focus, ideal customer profile (ICP), or appointment qualification criteria. Changes may affect the cost per lead (CPL). Pausing a campaign is treated as termination.
